Buying Process


If you've completed an order on our website, you should see 2 emails in your mailbox:
1. A confirmation of your purchase containing the order details.
2. A receipt for your payment from Paypal.
We will begin processing your order as soon as we receive it. Processing and shipping time varies according to the shipping method you have selected while placing your order.

That depends on the shipping method you select during the checkout process.
If you choose an air delivery, you can expect your package to arrive within 14-30 business days.
Sea shipping generally applies to larger orders, and may take up to 30 days to arrive.
Sometimes, depending on your local post service - a package may be held by customs. While this may add a few days of delay, it's normally just a technical delay. just remain patient - your package will be freed soon enough and you will receive your goods as promised.
